I wanted to let you know about the brilliant customer service I received from James at your Leatherhead store recently.

From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome and at ease. I'm on a direct access course at present and as an inexperienced rider wasn't fully aware of what I should or shouldn't buy.

Just to let you know my replacement  El Nino suit was promptly delivered today, thank you very much.
Would like you to know i very much appreciate the return and replacement items being posted at your expense via a professional return procedure.
Virtually all Internet companies i deal with these days behave like Teflon (non stick) when it comes to the return or replacement of goods. Only being concerned for them selves and maximum profit, with little regard to the vulnerable customer. So readily forgetting that the original nature of Internet shopping, all those years ago having to provide a first class, safe and easy retail environment for the customer. Virtual shopping that should at least emulate a customer visiting the best end of a retail high street. Which is what allowed Internet shopping to happen!
Professionalism is not a Fraze, neither is it about idle promise, it can only be observed when there is a problem, or when things go wrong between people!

REV IT has re-invented its motorbike rainwear offer with a new technical, breathable waterproof coating that does away with the need for the use of PVC!

Most motorbike rainsuits rely on PVC as the waterproofing agent; But PVC is carcinogenic in the manufacture (not good for the world) and as breathable as a black bin liner (not good for you). By researching and developing an alternative coating, you get a more comfortable, more breathable rain overall (better for you) that meets the new EU norm 343 (better for the world). Convenient features include a storage pocket on the upper leg, a soft collar & a wider cut with a long XL front zipper to ensure getting in and out is quick and easy.
