I wanted to let you know about the brilliant customer service I received from James at your Leatherhead store recently.
From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome and at ease. I'm on a direct access course at present and as an inexperienced rider wasn't fully aware of what I should or shouldn't buy.
James guided me through the various jacket, trouser and boot options and he was only ever helpful and empathic. He offered me a cup of tea and stayed past closing time to ensure I was completely happy with what I'd chosen. When it came to paying, I bought a crash helmet, which I hadn't planned on purchasing, but the Shark Evoline 2 was impossible to resist!
James is a real asset to your company and I was really impressed by the way your store is presented and range of products you stock. I've ordered a Held rucksack and Held waterproof over-trousers from your website today, which is equally impressive.

Just to let you know my replacement El Nino suit was promptly delivered today, thank you very much.
Would like you to know i very much appreciate the return and replacement items being posted at your expense via a professional return procedure.
Virtually all Internet companies i deal with these days behave like Teflon (non stick) when it comes to the return or replacement of goods. Only being concerned for them selves and maximum profit, with little regard to the vulnerable customer. So readily forgetting that the original nature of Internet shopping, all those years ago having to provide a first class, safe and easy retail environment for the customer. Virtual shopping that should at least emulate a customer visiting the best end of a retail high street. Which is what allowed Internet shopping to happen!
Professionalism is not a Fraze, neither is it about idle promise, it can only be observed when there is a problem, or when things go wrong between people!
Thank you for your professionalism and old school approach, and particularly thank you to your committed Get Geared staff.
