The Good:
The elastic around the cuffs is tight, keeps out drafts and water. Easy to put on in a hurry. Packs up small. Doesn't ride up. Zip isn't straight up and down so easier to get in and out of.

The Bad:

Make sure you put your gloves on first, as the cuffs are a bit fiddly to get over your gloves.
